Solutions
A private label program that takes products from concept to shelf.
One accountable partner for specification, customization, compliance, packaging, sampling, production and delivery — built for retailers and brands launching under their own name.
The six-step WINSWIFT private label process
1. Concept & category planning
Define the target consumer, price tier, channel and differentiation angle. WINSWIFT maps the concept to proven product platforms across its four brand families.
2. Specification & industrial design
Motor, battery, materials, color, finish and accessory decisions are fixed in a written specification sheet that becomes the program baseline.
3. Compliance & certification planning
CE, RoHS, FCC, UN38.3 and market-specific requirements are planned with the final configuration so documentation matches the shipped product.
4. Packaging & manual localization
Retail boxes, hang cards, e-commerce shippers, multilingual manuals and claims wording are developed for the target markets.
5. Sampling & approval
Pre-production samples are built to the fixed specification and adjusted until the buyer approves function, appearance and packaging.
6. Production, inspection & delivery
Mass production runs with in-process quality control, pre-shipment inspection and consolidated logistics coordination to the destination.

Private label FAQ
How long does a private label program take from concept to shelf?
For existing platforms, allow 8–12 weeks from specification approval to delivery: roughly 1–2 weeks for samples, 3–6 weeks for production and time for inspection and shipping. New tooling or custom industrial design adds development time.
What is the minimum order for a private label program?
MOQ typically ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 units per SKU depending on the platform, customization level and packaging complexity. WINSWIFT confirms MOQ in the quotation.
Who owns the tooling and custom designs?
Buyer-funded custom tooling and exclusive designs are reserved for the buyer's program. WINSWIFT documents ownership terms in the development agreement.
